Don’t miss the launch of Ericas of the Fynbos at the Harold Porter National Botanical Garden (24 Feb)
 More about the book!

Join authors John Manning and Nick Helme at the beautiful Harold Porter Botanical Garden as they give a visual presentation on their new field guide, Ericas of the Fynbos.

The event is organised by Penguin Random House and the Kogelberg Branch of the Botanical Society of South Africa.

Ericas come in an astonishing array of sizes, shapes and colours. Some 760 species, many of them found nowhere else, occur in the Cape Floristic region – a centre of unparalleled diversity for the genus and home to one of the world’s richest floras.

Enriched by a lively design, this innovative guide will give all flower enthusiasts, gardeners and hikers, the confidence to accurately identify ericas in the wild.

Please state if you are not a Botsoc member in the RSVP along with the number and names of guests. These names will be listed for free entry at the gate. If you arrive and you are not on the list, a garden entry fee of R50 per person will apply.

Botsoc members: Please bring your membership card and ID to ensure free entry.
