Mandy Wiener’s explosive new book, Ministry of Crime: An Underworld Explored, is a follow-up to her bestseller, Killing Kebble: An Underworld Exposed (2010).

Ministry of Crime examines how organised crime, gangsters and powerful political figures have been able to capture the law enforcement authorities and agencies.

In this video interview, Wiener talks about the research and her approach to interviewing key people for Ministry of Crime.

‘The conclusion that I draw in the book is that the law enforcement capacity in the country has largely been eviscerated over the last few years,’ she says.
