Angela Makholwa’s novel The Blessed Girl is turning a year old, and Pan Macmillan are celebrating with a new paperback edition!

Many of you have met Bontle Tau – though some don’t agree with her life choices. But, you’ve developed a strong bond.

The Blessed Girl was released in October 2017, and was a bestseller from day one. Eusebius McKaiser called it: ‘A stunning book, the perfect holiday read.’

The United Kingdom cover for The Blessed Girl was recently revealed, and there are even plans to make the the book into a film or television series.
