Life, in a Garden hosted Steven Boykey Sidley for the launch of his new book Free Association.

Sidley talks about his influences, which include Philip Roth, EL Doctorow, Norman Mailer and John Updike, thanks to his mother, who hailed from the East Coast of America. But it was Mordecai Richler who made him want to be a writer.
