Join Tony Park for a lunchtime chat at the Rand Club to discuss his new book, Ghosts of the Past
Tony Park will be at the Rand Club to discuss his new book, Ghosts of the Past.
Park is the author of 16 novels set in Africa and six non-fiction biographies.
Ghosts of the Past (released in August 2019) goes back in time to trace the journey of an intrepid Australian adventurer, a South African soldier and an Irish-German spy … and the search for a missing hoard of gold!
Impeccably researched and based on a true story, Ghosts of the Past spans two centuries and it explores some fascinating elements of the Anglo-Boer War, Namibia’s little-known history as well as the elusive Namibian desert horses.
Meals and beverages will be available from 12:00. Books will be available for purchase and may be signed after the talk!
