Memoirists Landa Mabenge, Tracy Going and Desiree-Anne Martin will be in conversation with Cathy Park at the Blown Away by Books Festival in Cape Town.
The Blown Away by Books Festival takes place from 11–14 March 2020. All events are at Fish Hoek Library, with free entry.
Mabenge is the author of Becoming Him: A Trans Memoir of Triumph, Going of Brutal Legacy and Martin of We Don’t Talk About It. Ever.
The three writers will be discussing writing their lives: the painful, the messy, the hard and the worth it.
Books will be on sale at a pop-up book stall. R15 for tea and filter coffee.
